Lemon Parmesan Chicken Wings

Ingredients
2 pounds Chicken Wingettes/Drumettes
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
½ cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
3 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack
on top or use a roast pan with a wire rack.
Pat wings completely dry with paper towels. Place in large
bowl and toss with baking powder to coat.
Arrange wings, skin side up, on wire rack.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, until skin is crispy, and juices run
clear.
Wash the large bowl from earlier in hot soapy water, then thoroughly
dry.
Prepare salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese mixture inside of clean
bowl.
Remove wings from oven. Squeeze lemon juice over wings. Then
toss in the bowl with parmesan cheese and seasoning to coat.
