Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
3 cups Brussels Sprouts
2 Tbsp Olive oil
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
Lemon, halved (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts. Trim ends and exterior leaves. Cut in half for smaller sprouts or quarter
larger ones.
Place sprouts on baking sheet and toss with olive oil, salt,
and pepper until evenly coated.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges start to
brown. (I usually let mine go a little
longer, until it’s a little crispy, but not so long that it becomes burnt or
bitter.)
Squeeze lemon juice over top before serving.
