 Garlic Ginger Green Beans

Ingredients

2 lbs. Fresh Green Beans, trimmed
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
1-inch Fresh Ginger, minced
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

Blanch green beans in salted boiling water for 5-7 minutes.

Transfer to ice bath, then drain and dry the beans.

In saucepan, combine the soy sauce and rice vinegar over medium heat.  Allow it to thin slightly.

Add the garlic and ginger to the pan, cooking just until the garlic becomes fragrant.

Add the green beans to the pan and carefully toss the beans in the sauce to coat.

Let cook until the beans are warmed through.

Serve immediately.
