Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
5-6 Large Carrots, peeled and ends trimmed
4 Tbsp Butter
4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Prepare carrots by cutting them on the bias into ¼ inch
pieces.
Place carrots in a large saucepan and cover with water.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat and cook carrots until fork
tender. About 10-15 minutes.
Drain carrots of water, keeping them in the pan.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar
together. Pour over the carrots.
Return carrots to heat for 2-3 minutes, until well combined
with the sugar and butter mixture.
Serve immediately.
