Miso Butter Salmon
2 Servings | 5-minute Prep Time | 8-minute Cook Time
Ingredients
8oz Salmon Fillet (cut into 2, 4-ounce portions)
4 Tbsp Melted Butter
1 Tbsp Miso Paste
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
For Miso Sauce:
1 tsp Miso Paste
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Instructions
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together butter, miso paste, and garlic.
In separate container, whisk together miso paste and soy
sauce for miso sauce.
Place salmon on prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
Brush half of the miso garlic butter onto top of salmon,
saving half of the mixture for later.
Broil on high for 4 minutes.
Baste salmon with rest of garlic miso butter.
Broil on high for 3-4 more minutes.
Serve with vegetables topped with the miso soy sauce.
