Cucumber Tea Sandwiches
8 Servings | 15-minute Prep Time
Ingredients
1 Large English Cucumber, peeled in stripes and thinly sliced
8 oz. Cream Cheese
3 Tbsp. Sour Cream
¼ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
¼ tsp. Onion Powder
½ tsp. Everything but the Bagel Seasoning (or substitute with ¼
tsp. Sesame Seeds, ¼ tsp. Black Sesame Seeds, a sprinkle of poppy seeds, double
the amount of garlic and onion powder, and add salt to taste)
2 Tbsp. Tzatziki (not one that is mint-heavy)
3 Tbsp. Chopped, Fresh Dill
3 Tbsp. Chopped, Fresh Chives
1 Medium Avocado, sliced
1 Loaf of White Bread, crust removed
Microgreens for garnish
Instructions
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Everything but the Bagel seasoning, and tzatziki in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Gently fold in chopped dill and chives.
Spread mixture on each slice of bread.
Top with the sliced cucumber from edge to edge.
Add slices of avocado to each sandwich.
Garnish with microgreens.
Serve with your favorite tea.
