Vegetable Broth

Ingredients
4 c. Filtered Water
2 Large Carrots, peeled and cut into thirds
2 Celery Ribs, trimmed and cut into thirds
½ Yellow Onion, cut in half
4 Cloves of Fresh Garlic, peeled
Handful of Parsley Stems
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
In a medium sized saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil,
then simmer for 1-2 hours. Strain before use.
