2 c. Fresh Pumpkin Seeds
2 c. Unsalted, Unroasted Pepitas
Salt
Pepper (optional)
Instructions
For best results, allow the fresh pumpkin seeds to dry out overnight prior to roasting.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Evenly spread the seeds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Season the seeds with salt and pepper.
Roast the seeds in oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
