Sautéed Chicken Hearts

Ingredients
8 Chicken Hearts
2 Fresh Garlic Cloves, peeled and minced
1 Shallot, peeled and minced
Fresh Thyme Sprig
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Pat chicken hearts dry with a paper towel, then season with salt and pepper.
Coat a medium-sized frying pan with olive oil over medium heat.
Add shallots, garlic, and thyme to pan.
Cook until fragrant.
Add chicken hearts to pan, stir occasionally and cook until tender, browned on the outside and no longer pink on the inside, about 6 minutes (depending on their size).
Serve immediately.
