Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Ingredients
16 Scallops
4 Tbsp. Butter, softened
2 tsp. Flat Leaf Parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp. Fresh Thyme, finely chopped
2 Fresh Garlic Cloves, minced
½ Lemon
8 Slices of Bacon, cut in half
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine parsley, thyme, and garlic with softened butter.
Dry scallops. Season with salt and pepper.
Wrap half piece of bacon around each scallop, secure with a toothpick.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave room in between each one.
Squeeze lemon over scallops.
Place a small amount of the garlic herb butter on the top of each scallop.
Bake 10-25 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
